Melissa Zweng is the chief of the Product Implementation Branch (PIB) in the NESDIS Office of Common Services (OCS). PIB manages the product lifecycle, including Transition to Operations, of scientific products in the NESDIS Common Cloud Framework (NCCF). Our goal is to transform environmental observations into intelligence for the future.
