About me
Jennifer Fagan-Fry is the NOAA Institutional Repository Manager & a scholarly communications librarian with the NOAA Central & Regional Libraries. In addition to her duties as repository manager, Jenn also serves as the head of the Library’s Technical Services Department. She regularly presents on topics such as publishing best practices, open access, library services, metadata standards, and Section 508 compliance.
